These one-of-a-kind mixed-media Micro-scape window wall hangings are inspired by the fascinating forms and textures found at both the micro and macro level in nature. They are the artist's meditation on the harmonious and ever evolving beauty and form within our diverse and fascinating natural world. Delicately singed silk shapes are fixed between oval layers of wood forming the dimensional "scapes". Mineral, glass, crushed shell, or stone treasures are placed within each intricate and fascinating view creating a sense of the infinite. Stamp signed and ready to hang, the pieces have been designed and constructed for optimal mounting.
